“My focus has always been on the human beings behind the systems.”

Corporate boardrooms, NGOs, consulting firms, international organizations, conflict zones, global supply chains. Different rooms, different stakes, always the same question underneath: what does it take for a person to lead well, without losing themselves in the process?

One conviction runs through all of it: those who lead change do so more fully when they know themselves deeply. That conviction brought me here.

My career took me from international communications in conflict zones to labor auditing in global supply chains to Vice-President of Sustainability for a publicly traded Canadian company. In 2012, I launched my own consultancy, always focused on one thing: giving clients the tools to manage themselves, not depend on me. That same philosophy now shapes how I coach.

Thirty years operating under pressure myself, navigating complexity and driving change, often without pausing to ask what it was costing me, much like the leaders I now work with. It taught me something I only came to understand later: the ones who know themselves deeply show up differently. More clearly. More fully. With greater impact.

Today, I partner with capable, accomplished leaders who arrive with a sense that something is off and can be improved. Some feel a growing disconnect from their work: tired, disillusioned, wondering if this is still the right path. Others simply want to grow further as leaders. Whether they want to reignite their sense of purpose, expand their leadership, or make more room for the other spheres of their life, what they share is a willingness to do the real work it takes to get there.

Grounded first in mindfulness and nonviolent communication, my approach weaves together Integral Coaching™ and Positive Intelligence®, because lasting change requires working with the whole person, not just the role they carry.
