A Global Path. Always Human-Centered

I have lived in 12 countries, speak three languages, and have worked across many cultures, sectors, and life stages. What grounds me in all of it is my deep care for human beings — for what is alive in us, what wants to shift, and what is ready to emerge.

My journey into coaching is a natural evolution. For over three decades, I have worked at the intersection of people, systems, and change, guided by one central belief: when people are seen, heard, and supported, they become architects of transformation.

I started in international communications with global organizations in developing countries and conflict zones. These years taught me to navigate complexity, hold space for difference, and stay grounded in empathy in high-stakes environments.

Moving into corporate sustainability, I evaluated labor conditions across global supply chains and later served as VP of sustainability for a publicly traded company. This reinforced my belief that when companies genuinely care for people throughout complex systems, the positive effects ripple outward, strengthening entire communities.

I launched my own sustainability consultancy, helping companies integrate sustainable practices from the inside out through knowledge transfer — a philosophy that now shapes my coaching.

Throughout this journey, I have been committed to my own growth through Integral Transformative Practice, Mindfulness, Integral Coaching, Mental Fitness, and other modalities. Being coached myself gives me deep appreciation for what becomes possible when we work with someone who truly matches our needs.

The shift to coaching allows me to focus on what I've always known: sustainable impact starts from within. When people align with their values and feel genuinely supported, they lead themselves and others with greater clarity, confidence, and compassion.
